Veluca is a professional services consultancy with proven success in Australia’s civil infrastructure industry. We pride ourselves on supporting the public and private sectors with in-house consultants to help plan, manage and deliver their projects from inception to completion.
Our core services include project management, program management, design management, technical advisory (SMEs) and environmental planning with a focus on the roads, highways, public transport, rail and energy sectors.
Veluca was established in Brisbane in 2017 by Tom Whiteley who had a simple vision; to grow a consultancy of likeminded individuals that deliver results to the highest standard, take pride in what they do, have a good work ethic and communicate effectively. It is these core skills that are synonymous with the Veluca brand and what we represent.
